UV Visible Ink
UV visible INK is used as a security feature in high security graphical products such as banknotes, but also in our scratch cards. UV visible ink is visible only under UV light and almost completely invisible without it.
Microprint
Microprinting involves the printing of elements whose structure is indiscernible to the naked eye. Those elements are in the form of a line or in some other form when seen with the naked eye, and only under a magnifier the precisely printed elements become visible.
Hologram
This is a very recognizable element that is applied in the process of printing. It can also be applied as a scratch layer. Upon the client’s request, we can design a special personalized “master” hologram with protection elements containing the product name or brand.
Barrier Coating – Confusion Pattern
This technological layer prevents the reading of the secret code when a strong source of light is put behind the card body by confusing the reader, providing the added security to the valuable personalised printing product.
MAC White
The layer applied under the scratch layer providing the added security to the PIN number field by completely eliminating transparency, therefore protecting the PIN numbers from being seen by using strong source of light placed behind the PIN number field.
Thermo Chromatic Ink
Thermo Chromatic ink has the property of changing characteristics under influence of temperature. The basic/defined colour can turn white and the white or invisible colour can be changed into the basic/defined colour. The characteristics of temperature sensitivity can vary depending on the client’s request.
UV Spot Varnish
UV spot varnish is a transparent varnish visible under certain angle. It can be glossy or matt, and it can have relief structure depending on client’s request.
Watermark
A watermark is used as paper protection element. When the source of light is placed behind the paper, the protection element becomes visible. This technique is applied during paper manufacturing and it is used for lighter papers.
Printing over Scratch Layer
The scratch layer protection with certain printing elements providing better security and better visibility of the brand or denomination of the scratch card. It enables easy and simple detection of attempts to remove the scratch layer.
Special Paper with Black Interlayer
A special paper for cards that blocks transparency and reading of secret codes through the scratch layer. The absence of this layer is easily visible, so that the layer itself is used as a marker for easy detection of forgeries. This black layer is inserted in the very paper structure during its production.
Security Kiss Cuts
This security element provides added security to the card through paper perforation which provides the inability to put back the card together after delamination of the layers.
